I've got a lovely veggie soup for dinner - leftovers from Sunday night. So I don't have to cook on fast day. It's even low calorie enough that we can have a wheat roll and an ounce of goat cheese with our dinner.
So nothing but zero calorie drinks until 6pm. It might be a wee bit harder than usual because we've got this nasty polar vortex bringing the temps down to about 0F, and with the wind it's even colder than that. So I may need the chicken bouillon/broth cure!

HIIT sabotaged this morning. I'm trying to do it first thing on fast days.
Beloved got in from work at 4am and it's just not fair to fight with madmax (it's messy and noisy) while he's doing his sleeping beauty impression.
WIll try and do it after work. Really don't like that idea - it just seems wrong!

So long story short, I'm in
Today I am so busy fluffing around on here I shall get through without eating!!
I am in today as well, going ok so far, drinking water to keep the pangs at bay..
I have decided that if I see a number I like tomorrow then I will start 6.1, its a big if and I may not go through with it as I am so used to fasting twice weekly... we'll see...and then again, I may not be able to face the scales in the morning...grrrr...I am a wuss!
Was supposed to fast yesterday but went for a 19:5 instead. I am in today instead with a creamy broccoli and cauliflower soup with a touch of comté waiting for me later. Really looking forward to it, may become a regular choice
I'm in today (5th fast day ever) and had to deal with a("minor") "family crisis" this morning. Without going into détails, the stress of the situation took all thoughts of food away but now the intial emotion is over I feel exhausted and ravenous. I'm determined not to let these issues get the better of my fast-day so I'm hanging in. If it were a non-fast day I know I'd be emptying the fridge by now.
