Hi all!
First day on 5:2 and first fast day!
Feeling a bit peckish already but drinking loads of green tea to banish cravings.
I'm having porridge made with water at around 12 and an apple and then having vegetable curry at 7pm after I've been to the gym.
I've got blueberries and strawberries as an I'm between snack in case I want to eat my desk!

Is this sounding ok? Any tips and hints would be welcome and motivation as well please :).

I am in today and, of course, it's cold and rainning outside (it was warm and sunny since las Friday) so my feet and hands are freezing cold...

Tonight will be a soup, I just have to choose between a chinese soup, z pistou soup (French soup with tomatoes, beans, courgettes, oinons and pasta only 65cal). Tricky. Very tricky
I'm in! Yesterday's fast was thwarted so I'm back in for another go! Best of luck to all of us!
I am in too. I have joined the xmas club, so between now and xmas I need to lose 3 kils or 6.6lbs, however you want to look at it. Good luck everyone!!

Hubby and I are doing our fasting today as usual. Went for a walk into the town and back....had a cup of black coffee on return because I was a bit hungry. Trying very hard to last out until later before we break our fast.Having home made carrot & ginger soup for dinner later, followed by raspberries & low fat yoghurt.Good luck everyone. :clover:
Re-starting 5:2 today after a break due to being diagnosed with auto-immune disease. I have read that this way of eating is actually good for inflammation so I am back in the game to see if it will alleviate my symptoms!

Managing surprisingly well so far today, lets see how the rest of the day goes :)
Hi everyone

We are in as well and as usual I am late in signing in. Works busy and I still haven't had lunch. Going short and plan on just have a stock cube to warm up.

Good luck everyone.
Well it is 2am. I should be asleep but I cant. I am trying desperately not to go into kitchen. I had not a great fast day. I dont think I went over 500, but it was crap. I ate dark chic and drank 1 tea and 1 coffee, with loads of low fat milk.Am recuping from an op and not feeling great. Let's hope I can get through till morning without adding to calorie intake!!
Don't do it Emsy you've done so well and will be so annoyed with yourself if you do!
