First day on 5:2 and first fast day!
Feeling a bit peckish already but drinking loads of green tea to banish cravings.
I'm having porridge made with water at around 12 and an apple and then having vegetable curry at 7pm after I've been to the gym.
I've got blueberries and strawberries as an I'm between snack in case I want to eat my desk!
Is this sounding ok? Any tips and hints would be welcome and motivation as well please .
