I took the afternoon off work though to catch up on my garden as it was a lovely day. Just had a cup of lady grey tea and because I'm at home, a couple of malt biscuits with it! Naughty!!! Garden looking good though so felt like I'd earnt them! Bring on tea time.
Only 3 more fasts for me and then a 2 week break while we head to Ozi on holiday. Hoping I can eat sensibly and not overdo it while we are away. Guess I can just get back into fasting mode though and undo any damage on the scales! Nice to feel like I look better though with this amazing WOL!
Usually do Monday, but it was our 35th wedding anniversary, so doing today instead. Unfortunately (no, it'll be lovely actually!) we've been invited out tonight though, so hope the meal isn't too calorific. Then I'll have to try tomorrow too, because MiL arrives on Thursday for a week or more- she says "Until you throw me out."...

very warm here already in kent, going to keep busy busy busy lol, dog walkies, then maybe a run to the shop, black coffee so far and 2 small pancakes, about 132 cal so far....
I never really know what to have for breakfast, not a big eater in the morning but I would appreciate some ideas? I know some of you here are pros at this, for me its only my second week

Had porridge made with water for breakfast. Lunch will be beetroot soup (made from book )82 calories. Dinner tonight not sure, and of course loads of water..
Today I am off to Battersea Dogs Home to volunteer, it's my assessment day -fingers crossed I get to be a volunteer, and knit and natter this afternoon , out tonight... Busy day

I've settled into a routine of coffee with skimmed milk during the day and raw veg during the evening, which helps me to get below 600. Water galore as well, particularly during the heat.
