Fasting today Tuesday 23rd July

I am in again today - Sun/Tues/Thurs this week. Just had a coup of veg soup and a coffee. Hungry today, but soon enough the day will be done. good fasting :cool:
No one else fasting today? Or am I just a bit early for you northern hemispherians? I am heading home now, so will finish my soup and have an 8 cal hot choc, walk the dogs, watch the pool man sort out my green pool and hang out for dinner...probably 100 cal veg curry and maybe a choc fudge mini protein bar for dessert.
I am in today too, didn't want you feeling like you are all alone!!
I took the afternoon off work though to catch up on my garden as it was a lovely day. Just had a cup of lady grey tea and because I'm at home, a couple of malt biscuits with it! Naughty!!! Garden looking good though so felt like I'd earnt them! Bring on tea time.
Only 3 more fasts for me and then a 2 week break while we head to Ozi on holiday. Hoping I can eat sensibly and not overdo it while we are away. Guess I can just get back into fasting mode though and undo any damage on the scales! Nice to feel like I look better though with this amazing WOL!
Fasting today! It has been hard but doing well so far, just coffee. Last week had two broken fasts and a subsequent weight gain so trying to be good this week.
I'm in, fasted yesterday but no other opportunities this week so I'm trying my first ever consecutive day fast - if I can't hack it then it'll turn into a 16:8 :wink:

Usually do Monday, but it was our 35th wedding anniversary, so doing today instead. Unfortunately (no, it'll be lovely actually!) we've been invited out tonight though, so hope the meal isn't too calorific. Then I'll have to try tomorrow too, because MiL arrives on Thursday for a week or more- she says "Until you throw me out."... :bugeyes:
Im in-hopefully! Done 16:8 yest and will do tomorrow too. Seems an awful long time til tea time tho so see how it goes-need to be good tho cause im off to Norway for a long weekend :grin:

Fasting today too. Ever since I started I've fasted each Monday, but yesterday, probably because I'd had a rather indulgent Sunday, complete with too many Sauvignons blanc, I woke with that must eat something feeling. So scrambled eggs on buttery toast it was. I did feel odd though and rather missed my good start to the week. So today I'm on board and enjoying it! And the rain...
Am in too today!!

very warm here already in kent, going to keep busy busy busy lol, dog walkies, then maybe a run to the shop, black coffee so far and 2 small pancakes, about 132 cal so far....
I never really know what to have for breakfast, not a big eater in the morning but I would appreciate some ideas? I know some of you here are pros at this, for me its only my second week :-)

I to am fasting, 2nd day! 600 calories or under.
Had porridge made with water for breakfast. Lunch will be beetroot soup (made from book )82 calories. Dinner tonight not sure, and of course loads of water..

Today I am off to Battersea Dogs Home to volunteer, it's my assessment day -fingers crossed I get to be a volunteer, and knit and natter this afternoon , out tonight... Busy day

I'm doing a consecutive fast day after yesterday (still to do normal Thursday) as I wasn't hungry and I thought I'd keep Annie company and trying to jump start stalled weight loss. How are you going Annie? I've found it easy so far - now its 6 pm and I really feel like a glass of wine but I know it will turn into more so hiding in my room reading forum. I'll wet the baby Prince's head tomorrow. :-) :clover:
Hi, I'm in today, just arrived at work. It's very supportive knowing others are fasting today.

I've settled into a routine of coffee with skimmed milk during the day and raw veg during the evening, which helps me to get below 600. Water galore as well, particularly during the heat.

I'm in today... hopefully. Usually a Monday & Thursday faster but went out for a meal last night. Already done the 30 day shred workout this morning, then off to work for a late shift but I'm so hungry! Hopefully I can distract myself at work later
I am in. Last day of school for 6 weeks and there's lots of cakes in the staff room so am going to avoid going in there and stay in my room marking essays. Joy! Stir fry chicken with zero noodles tonight. I can't wait.
I am in today. Lots of water while munching on raw vegetables throughout the day. Tonight I will enjoy my turkey breast which I will be putting in the oven later today.
