Good Morning/Evening. Im joining the Terrific Tuesday Fasters today. Grab a black coffee and come and join me
i'm in. on my second iced coffee already! Fast days feel so uneventful for awhile now, sometimes I wonder if we should have 'not fasting today' support threads instead!
Have a great day Tuesday Team!
@MaryAnn thats a good idea, why has no one already done that!
Non fast days are much harder...x
Ps i typed dine instead of done..mind is always on eating!
Morning- I'm in too. Second of three for me.
As I ate a humungous amount yesterday, I can see the benefit of 'not fasting today' thread @MaryAnn
Seems to be a black coffee theme going on too- I'm on my second cup to get me going. Lovely stuff/
HAve a good fast all Terrific Tuesday Fasters
:clover:
Do well everyone fasting today! I am in it today as well and I am glad that here's another chance to work down to my goal. Going to my usual Tuesday workout group at the gym 7 am. So that's a positive start, after mugs of black lemon tea. Coffee to look forward to on my return and a busy plan for the day. Is there anything on the forum about retaining water in hot weather ?
I'm in too,
I found last week that a hard boiled egg and salad at lunchtime stops me from turning grumpy and desparate late afternoon.
Good luck everyone :clover:
In today as well with a regular maintenance fast.
Have a nice day!
Hi everyone,
I'm here too today as I missed yesterday's usual fast.
Just had to have a snack of celery and vegemite- he he I can hear the groans1
funny how so many people don't seem to like celery!
Roll on dinner, my stomach thought I'd fasted yesterday.
Yesterday's fast went AWOL but as I'm out for lunch with friends today it won't happen, never mind, there is always tomorrow, sigh!

Ballerina x
Not saying a word Candy @Candicemarie!

Well I'm in today too. I must say that the advantages of this hot weather (and there are few advantages, its true) are that I don't fancy that much...except salads! My M&S meals are staying firmly in the freezer. Today, I'm going to treat myself to a corn on the cob at lunchtime...and then maybe an egg salad tonight.

Looking forward to England's last game anyone?

Bean :starving:
I had a goodish fast, and at least all these salads are making inroads into the mountain of lettuce in the garden.
Temptation has arrived in the shape of locally grown Kent cherries - big fat dark red ones, with shiny skin that beckons you to eat just one (just one ??? who am I kidding). Today may go down as a very low cal day.
@gigi55 i am someone who adores celery! I love the taste and the crunch! X
@nursebean corn on the cob sounds lovely..and @SianS youve got me going now.. I must buy some big cherries as soon as poss
The day is nearly over / over already/ not long to go..another successful repairage for everyone! :like: and for those who faltered..there is always tomorrow! At least you tried!
Well done Tuesday Team X !
Must confess I ended up eating. Will probably revert to 5:2 for a bit, not sure
Never mind @nursebean..youre doing quite well considerin its post holz and hard to get back in the saddle..
But this woe is nothing if not versatile,so try a basic 5: 2 ..makes sense!
Here i am ,put yr foot in my hand and i' ll give you a leg up into the saddle..one,two,three Hup! There ya go,giddy up!
I am gonna try 4:3 from next week ..sposed to be better for underactive thyroiders..with a slightly higher cal count than 500...
Have you bean checked for yr thyroid Bean? Many sufferers of ME/CFS have this as knock on effect of adrenal probs ..x
Thanks for that Candy...now how do I apply the brakes to this ere horse?

I've had an under active thyroid for 20+ years now. I'll probably stick with ADF and just go over the cal intake on the odd occasion (today being one of them)

When's your next fast Candy?
