Oh, @carieoates, it's not the end of the world - just an irritation! I hope that whatever you ate was worth it, otherwise it's really such a waste! :frown:
I did an impromptu fast today because it was raining too much to go out and get anything. I have been on two holidays so haven't fasted in any shape or form for 4 weeks. I did feel a bit nervous yesterday when I was thinking about fasting on Thursday (I'm a Monday and Thursday faster) but because it was impromptu it just sort of happened and it was easy. I would go as far as to say that it felt very welcome. I had a mincemeat stew made for me for dinner because the weather is so foul and surprisingly it only came in at 298 calories. It was delicious.

@StowgateResident

It's ok stowie, I just thought that I could move my weds fast to today, then had a cup of soup, a piece of Starbucks cake and a chai latte. And that's before dinner, So it's not a proper fast by my standards.
I'm away til fri now, in a hotel with B and B , and a 50th party on Saturday, which will involve alcohol.
So, alls not bad. Well done on your steps, by the way you're doing absolutely fantastically. One question are you doing extra, or is that what you used to do?
I'm in today! After the indulgences of the bank holiday weekend I felt pretty darn hungry at work today. Thankfully made it after some bone broth with meat tonight. Reflected tonight on the blog about being on over a month(!) into this WOE , I can't believe time has gone so quickly! Still finding lethargy a big problem but I'm still reaping the benefits enough to want to continue for another month.

Hope everyone is doing well ( @carieoates I find it excruciating difficult to resist Starbucks but a chai latte sounds nice :) )
Hi, @carieoates, I hope that you enjoy your few days away and the party on Saturday. My fitbit has certainly hugely increased the amount of walking that I do. I have been actively seeking opportunities to walk - my poor old dog is wondering what has happened! What I'm not yet sure about is how long this enthusiasm will last. I guess only time will tell! :smile:
