Well I'm in again, no slow way for me, at it like a mad woman till I reach goal  had a coffee with milk, have a mini protein bar packed, should be home early today, so aiming for a late lunch at 2.30 ish. Rain sposed to hit us again, been like English weather here. Not good for a dog walker, though I seem to get most rain driving to pick up, drop off dogs. Good luck to all fasters.
@GMH - popping in to wish you Tuesday fasters well before I go to bed. Hoping it stays fine for you and admire your fasting resolve GMH!! :clover: :clover: :clover: :like: :like:
I'm in today too. Going back to back from yesterday, so fat so good, though I was guessing cals yesterday and I reckon I went quite a bit over. Today, I've had a large handful of plain pop corn and trying to go through now til dinner at 7:30.
Good luck Tuesday fasters :-)
Hahaha...just noticed my typo...I meant so FAR so good!!!
Good luck to fellow fasters. Loved your typo@suzed!
I'm going for it again today not having missed a single fast day in spite of holidays and a string of guests. Thanks to this I am not feeling different in my clothes, but my weight is really up. Reasons? I'll churn it out again, though experienced fasters will know it anyway.... "most likely due to all the wine, chocolate, cake/ deserts and extra carbs". I have enjoyed it all. I will start registering my weight again at the end of another week. I want my more careful regime back because I know I will feel better physically and mentally. I am going to heed the experience of @Caroreesand @Ballerina and do some 16:8 days.
I'm in today for the first fast after our holiday. I did 16:8 (apart from one day), low carb (not a piece of bread and just ONE chip, but drank rather a lot of G and T and red wine! Today I am three pounds up but hope that will come off with this weeks fasts.
X
I'm in today, had a Chinese takeaway last night. Nice but I can feel it laying there in my belly.
Going for chick breast stuffed with Roquefort tonight and a big lot of stir fried veg. Have some homemade veg soup on standby if I need it midday. Hoping that the oxo will do the trick there though.
Good luck all.... Feels strange to be fasting on a Tuesday.
Well day almost over here., thankfully. But peckish, but I might have a cuppa tea. Anyway a successful fast and bought fresh Portobello mushrooms from the mushroom farm down the road. Looking forward to them on toast for brekkie :-) good luck all if you guys in different time zones
Yes, I am fasting today as well. Sunday strict fast resulted in 600g weight loss and I actually went under the magical 52KG. On Monday all day shopping with a friend and ate far too sweet Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert. Ugh! (I am a low carber usually). In the evening went out and ate some more (unusual) carbs. This time it was very good. Gained only 400 g. Fasting strictly today again. It is 13.30 and only had black tea and coffee and water. Stomach being very noisy now. I have only two more fast days to go for this ADF period. Last night I remembered not to be stressed about it. That's hard to remember, but sure it'll help. Wonder what the total loss will be. At the moment it is 1 kg 300g. for this nearly 3 weeks of ADF. This forum helps me keep maintaining. Thank you all.
I'm in today, I've been going well recently, but did manage to enjoy myself a lot at Hereford Food Festival at the weekend!

Lately I've been managing to run on fasting days, did 7 km on Friday night, my longest on a fast day. Ran last night, so may just rest.

Busy at work, so hopefully my mind will be elsewhere and not on my stomach. Good luck to all. :clover:
in today but I think I've failed :-(

usually just don't eat until evening meal on fast days but today I am struggling so much that I've succumbed and had to buy food (at work). Tried to limit the damage by having a salad of cucumber, tomato, peppers, sweetcorn and beans with a spoonful of tuna mayo, but I think this will push me over my calorie limit for the day as I won't be able to cope without an evening meal which I think will have to be egg based as I have no other food in the house.

So annoyed with myself.
I'm in today too, having just had 80% of a broccoli, peas, mushrm, garlic n chilli, and tvp stir fry. Remaining 20% is my evening meal. Contains no cheese, eggs or butter (not enough calories to spare in my bank account) so without ever intending to, I have turned into a vegan. Zoopla! Good luck to fellow fasters around the planet.
Well done tremendous tuesday fasters x
@shellsrock i often have buttery scrambled egg,on fast day evenings...comes to 240 cals..i calculate 160 for the eggs and cook them in 10 grams butter (80cals) Nice with some lettuce and /or watercress.. Negligible cals and the whole thing full of goodness
I doubt yr salad is over260 cals? The veg can't come to much..surely the tuna mayo can't do much damage if only a spoonful?x
Not many of us fasting today! I have been busy all day clearing/cleaning the house after having my daughter and two granddaughters staying for three weeks. The sun is shining and I can see dust everywhere! Normally dust doesn't bother me but today I resolved to gain a few more steps on my new Fitbit Flex and do some housework.

In between house cleaning I have cleaned and re-filled six bird feeders, taken the dog for a long walk and ordered waterproof trousers, so that any more deluges like yesterday won't keep me indoors! I succumbed to four dried apricot halves when clearing out the cupboard where the children's supplies are kept. Well, it was the end of the packet and I didn't want to waste them!

Cold roast lamb and vegetables for dinner - if my husband ever appears from the workshop! I don't count calories but I should be OK with that. Perhaps I'll take the dog for another shorter walk as there is a beautiful blue sky this evening.

Good luck for the rest of your fast day. Onwards and downwards!
Oh damn, blast and bugger it.
Will see you all. Next week. Hopefully I will be a bit more committed. Will blame it on the ice bucket challenge, which I still can't upload here for some reason.
