Hi everyone
Am in too, its a little harder today as i have my teen niece with me :-) :geek: keeping myself busy, probably soup for dinner and chicken slices... Roll on tomorrow, i want chocolate!!!!!!
Good luck fellow fasties ;-) :like: :clover:  :victory:
I think (hope) it's safe to announce that i'm doing it now, fasting that is! I've made it this far so I'll be able to go all the way now... Although I have been literally teetering on the edge ALL DAY! I can't tell you how many times I've almost caved in! I've really had to resist today... Roast chicken, broccoli and sugar free jelly for dinner in a couple of hours to look forward to!
hello I am as well, hard though as kids on half term and got talked into getting them mac'ds for lunch. I have only had few cups of coffee with skim milk and will have homemade beef beg and guiness casserole cooked in slow cooker so smelt it all day! Keep strong everyone!
DONE!
Today has been relatively easy, and I had a huge plate full of Butternut squash curry with quorn which is making my tummy very chatty this evening, loads of calories left for a Muller lite chocolate thing and some Options at bedtime. Good luck to all those who still have a lot of their fast to go :clover:

Me too!!! :dazed:

I've ended up fasting today, instead of yesterday, because I ended up having toast - several times - my excuse being a humdinger of a sore throat which I've had for 3 weeks now, and which needed butter!

Well that's my excuse anyway!

Anyway, today has gone quite well - usual graze porridge and a morrisons low cal meal added up to 475 cals ... Hope this compensates for all that butter ...
Think i may have broken the Announcement Curse in style - ended up doing a 25 hour fast (as in no calories). Being busy, good; apparently being frantic, even better! For staying on the fasting wagon, that is.
