Not my usual day but here we go. Do I have any company today?

Have to wander out into my kitchen and start with a cuppa, maybe a soup for lunch and something chilli for dinner. Happy fasting all around the world
I'll be joining you but it's still Monday here, I was supposed to fast today but fell off the wagon big time when my husband brought white chocolate home, I hadn't had any for ages (I forgot all about it) but when it appeared in my living room I just had to eat some.
Anyway, I'm motivated for tomorrow, I brushed my teeth as soon as I finished my dinner a few hours ago to avoid eating more chocolate, now I'm going to do some work then go to bed!
Good luck to all of today's fasters!!
Do breadandwine toss that offending choc on top of the cupboard way out of reach
Am in tuesday too!

Still monday here though :-) ditto for all the fellow fasters tomorrow!

I made a cherry cheesecake on Monday, and will look forward to a slice tomorrow lol, that will keep me going today! I love making them, its my fav cake lol!

Gonna have a mini-fast. Taking kids away for a couple of days weds so will see how tomorrow goes and hopefully will just have an evening meal. May even keep within the 500 calories. Cashed in my Tesco clubcard vouchers so will be having pizza express and Bella Italia for evening meals while away. Yummy! Good luck fellow fasters :) xx
yes gillymary I am fasting today. Seem to be changing slightly these days. Sunday is easier as I'm home and can have bfst later as I'm not hungry till about an hour after rising. So today the soup I had defrosted is in the fridge...waiting, as I wasn't hungry and then I got starving on train and had an apple. Well that's a new one, apple for bfst, but amazingly it is the fullest I have felt fasting. So maybe that will be my fast bfst from now on. I actually had read somewhere about the benefits of having apples for bfst - hence the original bircher muesli was with apple. So just black coffee as well and it's 1.30pm, so my day is half over.
Good fasting to all of you fasting today
I'm fasting today too. Got a big pot of stock boiling on the stove, and looking forward to some good soup or broth tomorrow.
Count me in for a FAST today

Good Luck all fellow Fasters
Been away for the weekend-so yes I am in. Haven't weighed to find out the damage yet!
I'm in, usually do M/W/F but went out for lunch yesterday and ate sweets  so changed it for T/T/S instead - that's why this WOE works so well!
Not my usual day either but I couldn't yesterday so here we go....

Only had a black coffee for the moment and will probably mackerel with a muscadet sauce and a mixture of cauliflower, brocoli and romanesco
Think I blew it, too much kissing and red wine to recover. Oh well back on track Thursday
I'm fasting tomorrow but today I'm "attacking". I did so yesterday as well and I'm starting to feel the hunger.
I woke up late (at noon, yay) so I'm having just coffee till lunch time. I think I will eat surimi crab (imitation crab) with cream cheese.
It's my favourite time of the year (heatwave, we'll reach 40C today) and I'm a bit annoyed that I can't go out for a nice lunch in the heat or a cold coffee but I will preservere because I'm very near my target and my skinny jeans! :-)

Kissing burns calories my dear!!!
I'm in - this may be a tough one becuase I'm going to the cinema tonight after work (finishes at 5, cinema at 6:45), so will need to buy 'dinner' to eat before I go to the cinema. Think I'll go to m and s and buy a salad or something.

No breaking, though! Three days of the 30 day shred so far and I want to get my body fat down.
