My first fast since Monday last week. I have been eating lots of bread and drinking lots of wine so really need to get back on track.
Happy fasting
I fasted yesterday so I'll join you for a 16:8 today Wineoclock even thought the raisin toast I just made my boys for brekky is calling my name. ( and the butter) I hope your sons 21st party went well.
Xxx julianna
I will be joining you in the morning, as its only 21:39 Monday here. But I've stopped eating for the night, though today's targets went out the window as well. I told myself, 11 days of low carb to try and knock myself off this plateau before seeing my specialist. So, what happens? I made pizza for the men in the family and ate 3 slices myself! Doh!

I did manage to make today a 16:8 so that's polished a bit of tarnish off the halo.
@julianna the party was great (not sure what the neighbours thought though  ) I have the best sister in laws who worked non stop in the kitchen. Now for a bit of a quieter time and just enjoying our new home.
Hi guys

Im in today after a epic fail yesterday... was so good all day. 1 small 130ckal meal at 2pm, lots of water and lemon, lots of green tea.

I wasn’t hungry all day, got home.. still not hungry but decided to clean out the Pantry for the house (I live with 6 other people) which presented me with 100s of snacks and nice things... ended up eating 2 cookies before dinner, some grapes a mouthful of crisps and a few unsalted nuts!! I then had my 350 ckal meal but added some salad dressing and some butter to the cauliflower mash taking the kcals up somewhat....what’s annoying is I wasn’t even hungry... why oh why did i ruin a perfectly good day!!

So back on it today and tomorrow as that’s the only days i can fit it in

Going to be tough as it will feel like 3 days of consecutive fasting!
Well.. you are a wineo Wineoclock :p

Not me today as I had a successful fast yesterday but good luck everyone!

Lil
Looks like you're back on track @Lilsmiler so the lunch and dinner worked better for you yesterday?

I think I am Julianna.. I took some pics at the weekend and I was really happy with how I looked weight wise. I don't want to find the skinny jeans I bought on Saturday are too tight! In my thread someone said that I will feel worse if my clothes don't fit and although I don't agree I now understand the saying of 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels'.
I didn't actually eat anything until 7.30PM yesterday because I just wasn't hungry. But I knew it was there if I needed it and that helped.
Thanks :)
Lil
I'm in today. Planning on the gym this afternoon so will have something before I go and then hold off as long as I can after. I somehow seem to hit a fast day on the days I'm suppose to do an hour cardio work out! Kids have no activities this afternoon so will be able to come home and vege! Planning on doing some sewing to distract me.
I'm in today as I have a medical this afternoon and its a fasting blood test. However I have just noticed that its only fasting 6 hours before and no caffeine 12 hours before so I have just had a quick bulletproof coffee (decaff of course), as I'm not sure I can zero fast until tonight!

Let's do this @Benbon I was going to fast on the sly today as I failed yesterday too!! I don't know what happened, well, I do! I got home at lunchtime and just didn't think, it was like I was on auto-pilot and there was this little powerless voice inside me saying "what are you doing? Stop it!" Then this other part of me was rationalising it and saying "tomorrow!"

I'm with you basically

I'm in today. In hindsight I should have fasted yesterday as I just wasn't hungry all day. I had to make myself eat - very unusual. However I've started a training plan to pick up my running mileage ahead of training properly for Edinburgh marathon and my rest days are Tuesday and Thursday so those will be my fast days too for a while.

Work is silly busy at the moment which is keeping me distracted at least which is good :-)

Have good days!
I'm in today for my first fast of the week, I normally do a Monday but had a lovely day out Xmas shopping yesterday.

Good luck to everyone today.

Dee
