OK, so for my first fast, I went over my 500 -- total calories for dinner last night were 636. Now, while that was over the 500, it was definitely waaaaaay less than what I normally eat in one day so I am calling my first fast day a success. It's a success because I hung on till dinner; it's a success because I didn't eat junk/carbs; it's a success because I didn't have anything else after dinner.

Today I get to eat leftovers from last night: Sloppy Joe mix, but this time with some rice added with it. And I don't have to worry about the calories!! I can add some cheese, yippeee!
