Anyone joinig me? Feeling peckish already but made myself iced coffee yeasterday with skimmed milk powder so hopefully that wil stave off the inevitable hunger pangs after eating too much yesterday. That will teach me to eat salted peanuts and cashews before bed
I'm in! Have a WW Lasagne for dinner - 267 calories. Unsure of breakfast at the mo. Hopefully my book will arrive tomorrow and give me some inspiration
I'm joining you. I am trying to be very good and not raid the fridge even though it is still bedtime of a still nearly Monday here. Well actually its 3am Tuesday but as I haven't been to bed yet, psychologically its still Monday. But, as I was saying I am heroically restraining myself from raiding the fridge. Liquid fast from here on in and I am going to go wheat free and low carb for the rest of the week too as my carb monster has got hold of me again.
See you in the insomnia tent?!
Tuesday the 4th will be my first fasting day...wish me luck!
Good luck flamanette, be kind to yourself!
Hi Debs,
Today is my first fast day too! After 10 days of living in hotels, I am really looking forward to reseting my eating habits and gaining control over my ever increasing waist line! Good luck to you and all others fasting today!
Good luck to you too ahanksa! :clover:
I too have suffered from stayig in hotels too much to I know how hard it can be!
Don't overdo it and be kind to yourself if you find it hard the first few times.
I'm in too, and and tomorrow is my Fastiversary, so I guess that makes today my anniversary fast. Liquids till Dinner then maybe a Prawn salad.

Happy Fasting
Nearing the end of fast day for me now. Was so so busy today that it just flew by.

Had a salad which was about 280 Cal and got full halfway through so have just had some yoghurt with berries :-)

Anyway its been a super busy day and will be again tomorrow so I think its time for this nana to go to bed (its only 7:50 haha)
Hi guys. today is my first fast day. I'm intending eating later on in the day and I seemed fine until I drank water. My stomach is now rumbling like crazy and I'm hungry.

I know it's important to drink but does anyone else have hunger issues after water?

I've never been a water drinker and I'm having to force myself to drink it now tbh.
Happy fasting Gail! Water normally calms things down a bit, maybe try a marmite or bovril hot drink instead. Try fizzy water? Keep away from the diet soft drinks as they will definitely make you feel hungry.
Good luck!
Yes Gail go for a hot drink, it tricks your stomach into thinking its soup. Oxo cube, miso soup, bouillon all under 15 cals.
Oh good @TBrewerton glad to see your last fast was super good!

Bean
Right, bed for me without the excitement of eating tomorrow as I'm doing it all again :starving:
