I'm in today - I only fasted 1.5 days last week so I'd better make today a good one

My day has just started so lets see how it goes

Good luck everyone
Sick at home, sore throat and vertigo, but thought I might as well stick to my plan and go ahead with the fast. So far so good. Drinking plenty of water and relaxing.
Good luck @Icefast. Maybe having a sore throat will make the idea of eating something more repellant. Hope you manage to stick with it.
Early afternoon here in France. Cold, grey, rain&snow. Yuck! So far I've managed off black tea. Roll on tonight!
Happy fasting to you all
