Fasting Today Tuesday 4th March

Morning all. Just starting the day with a cup of tea then off to work. what's everyone else up to on this fast day?

It is a gorgeous fine sunny morning here in Melbs, and the day is going to be warm.

I struggled with the Fast yesterday, but I did not overeat, so am trying to do it all again today - plan is to have just a protein drink later in the day, and just some salmon and salad for the evening meal.

Just finishing Mon fast but had to pop in and say maybe I'll emigrate to Australia because I am sick of freezing my backside off in Boston. I have been wearing my Uggs all winter from the minute I get out of bed til I get back in again. Can you guys made an Ugg bodysuit?
You know, I could ask for you @clairemarie at the UGG shop 15 minutes away from my house if you like? You'd look like a upright sheep but at least you'd be warm.
I'm in today ! So far so good. Just a nice day at home alone ( yippee! Doesn't happen often) then parent/teacher interviews all afternoon/evening. Good luck all.
Hey team, I'm in for today after a weekend (plus Monday) of complete over indulgence but a bloomin good time :victory:

I think I must've stretched my stomach as feeling lots more hungry than normal on fast days. But I feel happy to be fasting again, it feels like my last fast on Friday was too long ago!

Grilled chicken breast and a huge pile of veggies for me for dinner tonight, as per usual. I look forward to it now and crave steamed veggies. Who'da thunk it???

Yes, I'm in too! 10 hour day at work today, just staying out of the tearoom.

Managed my HIIT yesterday with no probs, even while feeling sleep-deprived and after lunch! Highest HR was 165, fine afterwards, straight off to teaching! It really does get easier, I can recommend giving it a shot!
Good morning everyone - fasting today with you all and it helps to share. Have a great day. Relieved it's time again having had a lovely OTT weekend of celebrations with friends, where I really gave in to food temptations. So it's "repair and regroup" day today. I'm also well enough after a nasty clinging cold to get back to the gym, and am feeling positive once more. :smile:
I'm in and need to get back on track after a sociable week last week. Had a cup of tea to start the day off (can't do without that). Chicken drumstick for lunch, looking forward to steak and salad for dinner. Lots of water etc in between!
I'm in today - I usually do Mondays and Wednesdays (because it's easier when I'm working because there is no food anywhere) but yesterday I was off and I couldn't be bothered to fast so I am doing today and am going to try and do tomorrow as well just to get it out of the way for the week and get back to the days I usually do. If I fail tomorrow I'll do Thursday which is my usual weigh in day. I did back to back once before and found it ok but I wasn't feeling well at the time so had no inclination to eat. We'll see......good luck all :-)
Ooh back to back fasting @Loversghost? Good luck with that! Well I'm feeling really good at the moment because at the rate I'm going I should reach my Easter goal by, er Easter!

I know - am I mad?? I feel like the impetus is not there for me quite so much at the moment so I want to get more strict with myself - I found myself eating shortbread at 11pm last night and I wasn't even hungry so I have to knock that on the head pronto :-)
Am in for another 10 hours before pancake party @ 7pm. And after tonight, will be giving up wine for Lent.
Im sat at work and now starting to get the hunger pangs. At least i dont have the headache today!

Fasted today.

They seem to come around so quickly when doing 5:2. It's now 9.30pm and I'm going well. Tomorrow is weigh in day. I think I have lost weight. But I will not be upset at the amount. I will just remain committed.

Bit stressed with my work load at the moment, but fingers crossed that won't interrupt my ongoing fasting.
I must admit to going over around 50 cals each fast day. Mainly because of poor planning. I wonder if that needs to be stopped.

Off for my nighttime hot choc.
