Joining you from SoCal. Just finishing a down day. I'm not brand new at this. A little surprised that I felt a little hungry tonight. That hasn't happened before. But it's fine. Almost time for bed. When I think back on how I used to not be able to make myself wait the couple of hours until bed timetable eat. And I wouldn't just have a small snack. It seems so illogical now. I know I'm ALWAYS glad I held out. I've sometimes not been a bit hungry the morning after a down day and thought why not just do it again? But I think I will just get good at eating low one day at a time. I had a little thrill of freedom to think I can have breakfast tomorrow. I can experiment with other variations later.
Hi! I have never fast before so I have no idea if you are supposed to eat just vegan food or are you allowed to drink only? And what are benefits for the body and mind? thanks
