Morning @nursebean. Sure you can also think back on the 'nice' food you had yesterday and don't feel guilty: you were allowed to do that because of today! It's the sort of thing you can affort because you are a faster

Yeh Weeties not the best choice on a fast day..we get a better fast if we keep off the carbs..but then MM does
say we can have what we want for those 500 cals..you should see a better number on the scales tho minus the tasty weeties..xx
I'm fasting today and just tucking into my egg and (low cal) mayo salad for lunch. Dinner will be chicken salad. Good luck everyone
Call it dull, call it boring (I prefer 'zen'), but I just don't seem to have any issues with fasting in terms of physiological reactions (lucky me). Some sense of hunger of course, but hey, that's how it's supposed to work
