Really hoping to see at least a pound off this week as i had been doing really well and then had 2 weeks off as we were on leave and went on holiday and i didn't really want to fast then. Anyway, we went for a week to an all inclusive hotel (which was SO lovely and just what we needed) but i have come back 5 lbs heavier!! in a week!! gulp! that means i must have eaten 17500 calories OVER my TDEE...... WOW! I have to say though, that i'm not hugely surprised as we did eat well and had 2 or 3 courses EVERY meal and had lots of empty alcohol calories. Still the holiday was good and at least i know that i can lose it again with 5:2.....
Must try and stay on track from now on.... feel like a bit of a fool for letting it all go to pot so badly when i was doing so well.
looking forward to dinner tonight - thai red curry and sticky rice (courtesy of sainsburys - i'm seeing how i do with ready meals on my fast days this week).
