Hey I'm in :)

I also fasted yesterday as I had a biggggg weekend calorie wise (I did 3200 on Sunday and I didn't even have a drink, it was all food!) and I am pretty sure I was be eating and drinking plenty this coming weekend!

I am not being too strict though. My fasts are normally 600-700. Today will be miso soup throughout the day and salmon with veggies and a small glass of wine for dinner.

I thought I would have woken up starving this morning but it's 11.30AM and I'm only just starting to get hungry!

Have a fab day everyone.

Lil
Yep, I'm in for my second fast of the week. Good luck everyone.
I'm in for my second of the week too. And managed my HIIT this morning too. *feeling virtuous*
I'm having serious issues focusing today, which are probably only partially fasting related.

Good for you, @janeg! I was just thinking about nipping down to the gym for some HIIT.
I'm in today, but it won't be a super-strict fast.

I am hovering just above my target weight and 4lbs above my ideal final weight, but I'm happy with the way I look at the moment so not stressing about it.
It's a dry morning so I might go for a run after the school run.

Happy Fasting everyone :clover:
I'm back on track this week after a few days away. I was in Disneyland with the family and was horrified by the quantities of cr** food people (and kids especially) were pouring into themselves. Despite my virtuous intentions, it was difficult to steer a sensible course and I haven't dared weigh myself since. This is my second fast since I got back and I'm hoping the scales will be at least back to where they were before I left.
Go go go terrific tuesday repairers! :like: :like: :like: :like:
Count me in. I've had a very busy morning so the time has flown. Had a super start to my weight loss journey since I began fasting again - an amazing 5lbs loss in one week - so I am feeling pretty chuffed. Just have to say it again - I  ADF!
Well done mumof2...
At first i read yr name as motherof12!
I'm in today! Usually do a Monday fast but had to switch it around for the St. Paddy's day festivities. So far just coffee, I usually do a small lunch and a small dinner, but today I'm going to see how long I can go.
I'm in. Going well so far but at the moment I am feeling a bit sorry for myself for not getting anything to eat :(
Will not give in though. Will wait patiently until dinner time (think I will make it an early dinner ;) )
I'm with you there @icefast! Mid afternoon here and I'm counting the seconds until dinner time. Rumbling like a geyser!
A back to back fast? @LilSmiler? That's pretty impressive! Not sure I could do that, although as you say, you don't really feel that hungry the next day do you. It's most surprising!
