Well, it's nearly 11pm - so I am off to bed, and I didn't cave to any snacking! Would seem a total waste of a day if I had of. Glad my first fast day was so easy

@debsie - hope you soon find your weight-loss mojo - I find that the thrill of the weight coming off keeps me going (once it starts coming off of course!)
Skulks away drooling..........

@debsie - it's from Atkins and is intended to kick-start weight-loss by going v low carb although not that low cal (1000/day) for a few days.
I did it for a few days a few weeks ago and it seemed to work! Probably not for the faint-hearted though!

Sounds awesome . It's now Wednesday morning for me, and I enjoyed a ham and mushroom omelette on a slice of toast. Despite not being restricted to what I could eat, I chose that and am pretty happy with myself. Considering the last six weeks my breakfast has consisted of a quickly consumed sandwich before I had to feed my 6 week old and prepare something for my three year old
