Oooh I love roast pork! I can see how that would be hard!

Well, it's nearly 11pm - so I am off to bed, and I didn't cave to any snacking! Would seem a total waste of a day if I had of. Glad my first fast day was so easy :)
I'm on day 2 of my fat fast so have just had 2oz pate and coffee with cream............brie for later

@debsie - hope you soon find your weight-loss mojo - I find that the thrill of the weight coming off keeps me going (once it starts coming off of course!)
Well I was doing ok until the "food porn" appeared and the talk of roast pork dinner....omg... Will there be crackling @Julieathome?

Skulks away drooling..........
I'm in today as well. I usually do a liquid fast but I forgot I was fasting at work today and had 2 samples of pizza but they were only 2 tiny slivers so not enough for me to break my fast.
what is a fat fast??
I'm fasting today. I've decided to do a total fast today ie liquids only. Had a dreadful day yesterday food wise, not sure what's going on, but I think I may be having a set point crisis. I think I was hovering around this weight for a while and I can't seem to get below 10 stone (which is my interim goal). Really need to get back into exercise too, not easy though with these miserable cold mornings.

@debsie - it's from Atkins and is intended to kick-start weight-loss by going v low carb although not that low cal (1000/day) for a few days.

I did it for a few days a few weeks ago and it seemed to work! Probably not for the faint-hearted though!
@Madcatlady, what have you been eating today?
I've had 2oz pate, 2oz brie, 1oz macadamias, 2oz double cream and 20g chocolate

Sounds awesome :). It's now Wednesday morning for me, and I enjoyed a ham and mushroom omelette on a slice of toast. Despite not being restricted to what I could eat, I chose that and am pretty happy with myself. Considering the last six weeks my breakfast has consisted of a quickly consumed sandwich before I had to feed my 6 week old and prepare something for my three year old :)
