Hi all

I'm fasting today, I'm now 24 hrs without any food just lots of tea coffee and water, I'm feeling really good apart from a bit of heartburn, do I need to have my 500 calories, at the moment indont feel like I need them and just go through to breakfast to make it a 36 hour total fast. My weight hasn't moved this week, will this help or hinder?
