Who is joining me for a Wednesday fast?
I had a great day on Monday, so I'm hoping today goes just as well.
Good luck and have a great day everyone....remember we can eat tomorrow!! :-)
I'm in :)

Well, my fasts are a bit of a joke these days lol. I never stick to 500, more often than not having 700/800 but it's still a deficit hey?
Not only that, it's nice to not have to worry about lunch a few times a week and saves me some $$$$.
I'm reasonably happy with my weight so I'm not too fussed :)

Good luck everyone.

I'm on for a Wednesday fast.

I had one of those days today, the feasting began after receiving some unexpected "bad news" and the feasting just continued. It got to a point where I didn't even enjoy the food but I was eating to numb whatever emotion I was feeling ... anyway, it's been a long long time since I feasted like this and I'm going to make sure this will be one of the last for a long long time

Wednesday here I come :like:

Good luck everyone :clover:
oh, @jeninboston, so sorry to hear both about your bad news and your reaction to it - I SO identify with reaching for food in order to cope, it's such a tough dynamic.

So lovely to hear, @LilSmiler, that there are people in the world, and women particularly, who are actually happy with their body size, including you! Good for you!! Self-love is the key, even to fasting I reckon!

Yes, I'm fasting today too. I'm trying to catch up on some paperwork I have been putting off, and that's usually a huge cue for me to eat too - like I can get obsessed and anxious about eating, instead of getting anxious and obsessed about the things that I've been putting off - and my Shame-maker gets a feast day whatever happens, and the status quo remains!! Well... not always! Things do slowly change, thank goodness! It sometimes takes a lot of bravery and self-care and speaking kindly to myself, that's what works for me most. And I've promised myself a bike ride later today, when I've done some of the difficult tasks.

Happy fasting everyone!
I am behaving very well today. Only soup and a passion fruit so far. Called to see my daughter this morning and had 6 month old grandson in fits of laughter when I did 'rock, roll and stomp' in a kneeling position. Hope that counts as exercise, another thing I don't do enough of.
Oh dear...not so good today. I'm going to have to try again tomorrow. I got to mid morning and caved  I usually go all day with no calories until dinner at around 7pm, but just couldn't do it today. Maybe because it's that TotM :frown:
I hope the rest of you do well.
It's still TUesday for me but I must fast tomorrow. I caved on Monday so I'm behind on my plan for the week. Good luck everyone :clover: :clover:
I'm in again. Not out of bed yet but actively fasting already. I might abandon risotto today for orzo pasta, just for a change: tomatoes, courgette ribbons, mushrooms, asparagus, pecorino.
Hello Wednesday fasters! I'm in and it's 4pm in Japan. I've just eaten a whole pack of sugar-free gum. It's very minty.

I was super hungry at 3pm and had a miso soup.

Dinner time cannot come fast enough. Jet lag is playing with my head, I think...
I'm in today, I hope I can go virtually cal free until dinner tonight. Have some white fish of some description in the freezer, that'll do for dinner.
I'm in today as well. Didn't do to badly with first fast on Monday but scales don't seem to be reflecting this. Hoping not to eat anything until fish tonight.
Good morning all :) I'm in today - almost repaired the damage from the weekend on Monday, but not quite!
I'm in today, planned to do a zero calorie fast on Monday but didn't manage that, but did do a normal fast so not a disaster.
I'm in today - I think I'm going to need to shake things up a bit as this looks like it'll be the second week where I've not lost anything. If I'm being honest I'm getting a bit lax - fast days I do ok except I'm still eating 500cals and my TDEE is now 1545 so I should probably be eating nearer to 385 cals and I need to be more vigilant about what tasty morsels I'm eating on non fast days (y'know, the odd few nuts here, piece of cheese there). :-( I still eat pretty low carb though (less than 75g most days). Oh well - was thinking of adding another fast day or doing 16:8 for a bit. Will see and decide if I don't lose again this week (which seems quite likely).
Hello Peeps!

I'm joining you today. Have woken up hungry, which is a bind! A big cup of tea has done nothing to calm the pangs down unfortunately.....but I am planning a jog/walk first thing this morning (any minute now!) so that should take my mind off it!

The sun is just coming out here in Somerset, so I hope everyone has a fabulous fasting day today!

Good luck all.......xx
