Good luck :like: all you Wild wednesday fasters! :clover:
Yes hello I'm in because I am back 4:3ing this week to try & make my Valentine Day goal of losing 4 lbs this week but I think it is unrealistic to think I will do that :frown: but 2 lbs would be good
I hope you all have a good fast day. I'm off to ride on my new exercise bike & then to do the ironing.
I'm in struggling today with it though
Aww shoot... Fasting today, felt good about it as I'm busy promoting my sports club all day at a university fair. And where do they put our stall??? RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREAKING STALL GIVING OUT FREE PIZZA!! ARGH!
I'm in. My normal day is Thursday, but we are getting a big snowstorm, which means I'll be home. It's easier for me to fast when I'm at work, so I figured I'd get it out of the way!
I'm in today wrapping up 2 weeks of ADF which I was doing to lose a vacation gain of 6 pounds. And I did :victory: . Think I am going back to regular 5:2 though and see how it goes. Good luck everyone :clover:

@kipspringer oh flip it, I can smell it from here! Keep strong. :like: sending you cyber hugs!

There is a howling gale and it is POURING rain here. :rain: All I want to do is comfort eat. I was trying to hold off until lunch, but had to have a diet yogurt. Just discovered that a big mug of warm blackcurrant squash is only 1 cal, yippee. Swert and warm...mmmmm MFP is a great resource. :like:
arghh. everyone in my office is eating delicious smelling food for lunch and i can smell some smoky bacon crisps from somewhere.

must resist
must resist

must think of that dinner when i get home

argh
Me too, although just having to have some rice crackers and a can of coke zero to get past that hunger..........
I'm in - for the 2nd of my 3 fasts this week. Just as well, because I was incredibly "bad" yesterday......involving wine, way too much chocolate (& I mean waaaaayyyyy too much) and some roast potatoes..........aaaagggghhhhh! PMT has a lot to answer for, eh? Or could it be that I have the "weak-willed" gene????

Whatever it is, I am definitely moving along in the right direction & cutting myself some slack from time to time.......being human and all!

Feeling a little saintly right now, as went out for a little jog this morning with a friend (can't do it alone!), battled thru the rain, wind & hail (ouch!) & rewarded myself with a long defrost under the shower as opposed to hot buttered toast......

Just had 146 calls worth of yummy soup.....still feeling a bit empty, so will put the kettle on, which as we all know, is the answer to absolutely everything!!!!!

Will be back doing it all again tomorrow - my first back to back as have better things to do on Friday & the weekend. Don't you just love the flexibility??

Good luck everyone - am with you all the way!

:rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow:
I also changed my fast day from Thursday to today because I'll be busy today all day and tomorrow I'll be house-bound due to bad weather. I'm a little hungrier than usual, but I'm just putting my head down and plowing through the day.
Cheers Scuba ;)

Well, I cheated a tiny bit and ate a microscopic slice of pizza (seriously, they were scrimping big-time on the slice size to make it go further, and the bit I received probably had the total surface area of a mug coaster) and a chocolate button. Not to worry, though: I've just skipped the omelette that I planned to make when I got home. Dinner is only 290 cals, and I can probably raze that back a little, so think I'm still safe :) was pleased to find that I didn't instantly become ravenous upon eating those things... think my body must have adapted since I first started doing this. Can't even remember what number fast this is for me... 5? 6? They basically fly by now :)Could have done without the splitting headache from morning-mid afternoon, but don't think that was to do with the fast.

Hope everyone else's day is going smoothly! Just glad I don't have to go outside again today... I could find plenty of metaphors for the weather in the UK, but I think they'd get my post deleted!
I'm also struggling now with feeling cold & empty so succumbing to a coffee  The weather is miserable in Sussex with high wind that has passed through now but very grey & rainy. I hope those of you in flood hit areas are managing to keep dry, warm & safe. You having more rain :rain: :rain: is just not fair.
Yes, awful weather and I'm struggling a bit. I have just had my poached eggs on toast which normally are comforting and filling but today they hardly touched the sides :-( Just got to stay strong until bedtime. I think a nice cup of tea is in order :-)
Feeling REALLY hungry right now, but fighting it. Going to make a cup of hot tea. Hopefully that will help.
