No, but it is low calorie if you have a teaspoon or so of it in hot water for a Japanese broth. Spring onion slices make a nice but optional add-in. I've just had one of my fast day staples, Total's 0% Greek Yoghurt (<60kcals for 100g). I eat a truly absurd amount of that yoghurt but find it both delicious and essential on fast days.
