Fasting today Wednesday 13 August 2014 and feel already that it's gonna be hard... :razz:
Who's in?
I'm in. Had a grumpy day yesterday which meant eating chocolate (to spite myself, obviously) when I got in in the evening so today am 1.1 kg heavier than yesterday, which means no chance of a loss this week methinks. Ah self sabotage........not only did I feel uncomfortably full, but it ensured my weight gain today. Will I ever learn??!

No-one else about?
See what you mean. :-) Business trip yesterday, long day, and to cheer myself up I decided to go for chocolate cake and prosecco for dinner. Was tempted to postpone the fast till tomorrow, but will feel better if I get it over with today.
I'm officially in today. Have been off the wagon for a few weeks now. I'm now back from hols and back on track. So, nothing until tonight except for gallons of tea and some sort of veggie dinner (fresh from my allotment).

I'm in today for my my second of three for this weeks 4.3.

Was naughty yesterday and went over TDEE for sure as went to golf club with hubs walked 9 holes with him. Was a beautiful evening. Had a glass of Shiraz after in the bar, then another two when I got home. Sat watching "in the club" with a bowl of Doritos.
That said I had a lovely evening, and tonight will be different. :oops:
I'm today, second and final fast of the week

Was feeling quite ill yesterday and woke up with stomach cramps today. Not sure if its wise to fast today but I'm going to try anyway.

Yesterday was my son's 17th :heart: so the day was filled with rich foods. Cake and McD for dinner. Maybe that's why my tummy is cramping as it's foods I normally wouldn't eat.

Anyway good luck to all :clover:

With any luck, fasting will make you feel a lot better so you have a double benefit. :like:

I'm 4:3 so Wednesday is one of my days. Lots of broth and cherry tomatoes during the day then a substantial snack before kayaking this evening and some soup afterwards.
Praps a fast will help you @Alexandra. As for wine...I'm sure it won't have done to much damage Oatesy (@Carieoates and @loversghost? don't be so hard on yourself. Thats what fast days are for...to repair the choccy damage!

So, here I am again...my second fast of the week (still trying to decide whether to do 4:3 or get straight back into ADF...such decisions!). So far so good as I haven't eaten anything...yet!

I'm back in for my second fast of the week having slightly wobbled on Monday with a slice of cream sponge but still urgently need to lose more weight to look better in my dress at my sons wedding at the end of the month! So just fluids until supper & I will try to have more water & just black coffee, although I do prefer white coffee :frown:

Oh @Isis treat yourself and add a splash of milk to that coffee! :wink:
Well, my quick reply disappeared, so one last try. second fast of week 3. almost no change on the scales so far!!!! Black coffee am, tea with milk at some point in the afternoon. Lentil Dahl this evening. someone gave me some Whittards chocolate truffle flavoured ground coffee for Christmas. It did not sound at all appealing, but I have just tried some, as it seemed to not contain calories...and it was quite nice!! I have tried hazelnut flavoured ground coffee in the past, and liked that (more so). best wishes to all!! Xx

I am in today as per usual. Black coffee, tea and miso until a fish and veg supper.
It is pouring rain today and have just discovered a leak in my roof :frown: $$$$
This 'miso' thing...is it calorie free?
Today's my 2nd Fast day of the week, Coffee & Water in between small portions of grains with seeds, berries & grapefruit. Will have a little chicken for protein tonight. ~ 650 cal's. Hope to do some walk/jog after work as well... Good luck to all faster's !
