I'm here for my usual Wednesday fast - going well so far
My second too. Monday went well and I've felt really good this week. Just had lunch with daughter and hubby, just salad leaves I left the flan to them this time! Looking forward to the evening meal of a WW hotpot.

Can't wait to see the scales tomorrow morning! :-)
Sorry, had to give up today. Feeling very wobbly by 2pm, it was 22 hours since I last ate and I knew I could not go any longer. Will eat normally tomorrow and fast again on Friday.
A bit late in the day, but I am in too. (Don't usually do Wednesdays, but am going out to lunch tomorrow so decided to join you chaps today!)
Just wondering if I should try 4:3, and also give Friday a go? ... My weight has been slowly creeping in the wrong direction since Easter despite my best efforts!
I must look on the forums and see if anyone else does this and whether it works.
Have a good day folks (enjoy the sunshine if you're in the UK)
Sorry you didn't make it today @bobshouse , a 22 hour fast is still a really good fast, well done. Hope you don't mind me saying but I think you're putting a bit too much pressure on yourself doing the 16:8 as well as 4:3. Take it easy for the next day and a half and you'll be ready for a fast on friday. :clover:
@thelovelysqueaky I've struggled since xmas, gaining, losing, gaining, falling of the wagon and then climbing back on several times. I started doing 4:3 at the end of March and it's really working for me. It's the longest time I've been on track since xmas. I've lost almost 8lbs in 7 weeks. Maybe you could do 4:3 for a bit to get you back in the zone, that's what worked for me. Hope this helps. :)
That is what I think Dee, think I may drop the 16:8 for now and stick with 4:3 as this seems to be working. Am wearing my gardening shorts today that last week were very tight...I can now get them on and off without undoing them! The scales may not show a loss but I am shrinking!
Well I guess I'm in today, looking at the time and having not eaten since last night.........and now for the hunger pangs :(
Second of the week for me too, gulping down water and looking forward to a 400cal dinner. First week of 4:3 for me!
@bobshouse ive blown the fast today too..its gonna be another under TDEE day and thats the best i can do! X
Good luck @lottie89 xx
Never mind, Candy @Candicemarie don't forget you have just done a back to back, something not many of us could do
