Morning all,
Who is in today? Not my usual day but I wanted to get my challenge off to a good start. The scales told me 61.7kg this morning, so onwards and downwards!
Yay @debs so you are going down!
I'm in as soon as I sleep and wake up  It feels good to be getting on this train with all these eager fellow passengers all aiming for the same goal. I want to wish everyone a successful end to the challenge as we move toward the Christmas holidays :clover:
I'm in. All I can say is coffee coffee coffee (so sleepy…)
Today is my fast day,I have a little help as I'm in the ER with suspected appendicitis
Oh no, poor you, I hope it isn't too major. Good on you for seeing the positive!!!
One of my usual 4:3 days so I'm fasting today.

It's only 4am so I'm thinking about improving a recipe that I tried yesterday that didn't suit me.

I've been picking ingredients and weighing them for this year's Christmas cakes and similar. This weekend, I start baking the cakes. (I bake 200 but a lot of those are small, individual ones with <50 larger cakes.)

Best wishes to today's fasters.
I'm doing today. Feeling hungry! Better get out to the walking track now. Avoid the coffee shop or it'll turn my head to something bigger than a hot drink!
I'm with you guys on that one Sandcastle, yesterday's hot choc turned into a magnum too, but it was a skinflint buying so I couldn't refuse!!!!
Fasting today too. Feeling hungry and kinda tired. I'm at home so may go for a little nap
Good luck everyone :clover:
Trying to start the challenge off on a good foot. :like:
Hello fellow fasters, I'm in today x
Good morning

I am in for my second and last fast of the week. Had a really bad night with my arthritis and have a cocodamol hangover at present. Not nice. :dazed:

Anyway good luck to all :clover:
I'm in today because I thought it was Tuesday, where did Tuesday go?

I've had a bad start because the first thing in my head when I woke up was toast and butter, a fat slice from an uncut loaf at that. Sorry for the description.

If I can I will liquid fast, but if not it will be a massive salad for dinner tonight.
I'm in today, at home now but working this afternoon then Body Attack class at 6.15. I have a 0% fat greek yogurt at work and some oatcakes in case I need a boost before class. Thankfully the loud hunger rumbles I woke up with have now subsided.

Also Going Sober for October - I don't drink hugely, but probably more than I realise, and it's very rare for a whole week to go by without a couple of beers or a bottle of wine at the weekend. I'm actually secretly daunted by the idea of giving it up entirely but that in itself is a good reason to do it and, since I'm hoping that I might get pregnant one day in the not too distant future (say, next year?!) it will be good practise!

Julie, stop with the toast and butter talk - I have a loney homemade ciabatta roll in the bread bin that would be divine toasted and slathered in good salty butter. My mouth is actually watering now so I am going to go and make a peppermint tea....
I'm fasting today for the first time in months!! I decided to start with just one day. I usually have breakfast, but I'm going to try to go without. But, I'm bringing a banana with me to work, just in case. Then I will have a nice grilled chicken salad for dinner!
