Having lots of hot water and lemon
Went out for a lovely meal last night but drank far too much and I'm a little worse for wear this morning.
Don't know how I'll get through the day! LOTS of black coffee.

Planning to limit calorie intake during the day and try to have a small portion of whatever he is cooking tonight - might be a little over 500 but will still be less than a 'normal' day.
Feel a little disheartened this week as it's the first week I haven't lost any weight since I started
Saved all my cals until dinner which I just devoured..
Tin of Heinz chicken and sweet corn soup. I found some 20cal noodles in the supermarket which I think are amazing so I chucked them in. I am stuffed, it was a huge dinner for 340 cals.
Low cal jelly for dessert

Feeling good as I am now half a stone lighter in 2 weeks
Harder today as people are buying snacks and putting on the tables at work today !
A lot of things I should not eat and surely not on a fast day
But I`m temped
I did crack at midday and have a mug of Miso -'delicious!
Easiest fast day I've experienced so far, despite its length! Hoping that more of my fast feel like this going forward. It was a massively busy work day, with two out of work meeting following - no dinner until 8pm!
I wasn't quite as crabby as usually at the end of the day (irritable as opposed to ferocious) bet my kids hope that its more like that when I'm fasting moving forward too!
As for those who are still only part way through their Wednesday fast - hang in there! It feels great to get into bed with a successful fast day behind you and a yummy breakfast to look forward to in the morning. You'll be there before you know it.
