Morning all you fasters out there!

I'm moving my normal Thursday fast to today, and the two other times I've moved to a Wednesday, I've always found it that little bit harder. Looking forward to knowing fellow fasters are joining in, and even more, looking forward to a relaxing Thursday off with no work and no food restrictions!
I will be joining you tomorrow. So good luck, and you're never alone.
Just had a last bowl of cereal as out this evening and no dinner. Tomorrow I fast!
Yes, I'm joining you folks. Second time I've moved from Thurs to Weds.

Fizzy water to hand.

Buddy @spanner I'm on it!
I'm in too :)
Well it's nearly Wednesday now so I am in again on my back to back! I had a good fast day today and I am not hungry now. Off to sleep and happy fasting everyone for the morrow. :like:
I'm in today! Commitments mean that if I want to fast 2 days this week, it has to be back to back, today and tomorrow. I am feeling very ready for it after lots of over indulgence and unpretty scale report! I need to get back into the right mindset...
Good luck all Wednesday fasters!
Wow - you back-to-backers! I take my hat off to you (or I would if I was wearing one).

Good luck! May the fast be with you! :clover: :like:
Im fasting today just going to bed but got start of sore throat so just having a bit of honey and lemon in hot water to try and ward off a lergy...I have bought a low cal ready meal for supper and got salad so dont have to think about preparing food which will cut down on temptations. Also have oxo cubes and miso soup in the cupboards ready.
I'll be in too after a sleep. Wed is my usual fast day and have just finished Fri and Mon so I guess this week will be 4:3. Really need to step up as not moving on the scale for past month and no where near maintenance.
Good luck and easy fast you mid-week fasters :clover: :like:
I am in.black coffe for breakfast ,see how long I can go before eating.
Warning: tempting food mentioned, but I need to rant!

WARNING: TOO MUCH INFORMATION!

These things are sent to try us... :geek:
hello, Wednesday fasters, yes I'm in - another early start from you I see, @peonyblue.

Been busy teaching pilates today, it's nearly 3 & I don't think I've drunk enough, so home now for a nice black coffee, then out on my bike again.

Happy fasting everyone!
Now the day has begun I am fasting too. I have fed the chickens, ducks, dogs and cats, taken a new loaf out of the machine for OH who likes toast at breakfast. Heading out shortly for a trip to Blighty.
Ignore the food peony, you can have it tomorrow. Love the way you hid your post!
Hi all

I am in again for a Wednesday fast, moving from Thursday (it seems to be a habit at the moment).
Need to get my head round next week as to which days will be best as it is a bank holiday again and half term already!! Can't decided which days I will be able to fast, might have to look at doing 16/8 for the week.

Happy fasting everyone
