I'm in today for fast number 2- I have once again been accused by my mother of having an eating disorder because I'm trying to cut back on carbs and not eating full meals anymore, driving me crazy now lol. Happy fasting all :)

Have a Wonderful Wednesday fast n repair
How is yr back today,Dreamy?
Just weighed myself and I have lost 6lb since staring 3 weeks ago and today's weigh in took me from obese to overweight woo woo ! The exciting thing is my BMI has now changed colour to orange on my new digital scales. Just bought them and love the traffic light colours. Bought them from argos using my Nectar points..Salter Health Indicator.They measure fat and water too...much better than my old dial up ones. Off to do some tai chi.

I'm in today too for my second fast of the week as I have a dinner commitment tomorrow - it's funny really, now I'm back in the zone, I don't dread my fast days at all and actually enjoy how liberating they feel! :grin:

Take no notice @daydreamer21 , you've finally found something that really works for you and you are doing soooo well, the funny thing is you probably had an 'eating disorder' before (over eating) and now you have more order than ever. Keep up the good work.
I have been fasting today instead of Thursday after an overindulgent Tues evening and a failed fast on Monday...

I find it a lot easier to fast after a day of excess - I think I failed on Monday because I had not overindulged on Sunday, and felt hungry all day. In contrast, have barely felt hungry today, tummy is still full of carbs...

Hmm, still need to get my eating habits sorted, as per my solstice challenge...
I should be in, usually do Mon and Wed but for some strange reason only known to my body I grabbed an apple and eat it without even asking my brain. I know if I don't eat anything now until a salad for my evening meal I could still be in and I will strive for that but am afraid I will have wakened the hunger monster. I must be strong I must be strong I must be strong I must be strong. Do you think 100 lines will do it.

Keeping it simple with coffee and plenty of water throughout the day
and a chicken salad for dinner.

I'm in today. I always find Wednesday is harder than Monday but today has been much worse than usual. I am starving! :curse: to make matters even worse I came onto the site for some support and it was down. I think I will going to bed very early tonight.
I'm in today too, just had supper ! Mmmmm
Geenie mack what a day. I had a deadline to meet, which meant that I was working from home all day. Usually I'm a stay at home mam who doesnt need to work on the computer. So, all hell broke loose when hubby realised he had to reheat his own dinner that I prepared for him in advance and also feed the kids. You would swear that I asked him to perform brain surgery!

I was so busy that all I have had today is water and 1 cup of coffee with milk. Im in bed now thinking about the 500cal pack of crisps (potato chips) I have and boiling mad with my grumpy hubby, whom I am there and attentive for 364 other days of the year!

Will I eat the crisps.....?
Munch munch rattle crunch.....what? Well, I waited nearly an hour and still CRAVED the crisps. Looked at the blueberries and passed them by. On the plus side, they are vegetable crisps, not potato, and I am only just over the 500 with the cuppa. I still fell like I cheated my fast day.... :cry:
