I've managed to prepare some cookie batter to refrigerate until Friday when I'll bake them off (two types of peanut butter cookie; hazelnut and molasses thins; ginger snaps). Tomorrow, I'll prepare the dough for cinnamon buns and retard that in the fridge, just leaving date and walnut cake to make up on Friday when I'm baking everything else.
I'm most of the way through the Christmas Cake baking but still have a fair way to go.
