Anyone else fasting today? Only 10am and I'm hungry.

I'm in! Woke up at 2am and felt hungry, but it'll be OK. It's just a day, after all!
I'm in! Not my usual fast day, but I've got something on eating wise tomorrow; so today is IT!

It's Wednesday, so, part of my usual 4:3 routine. Looking forward to a peaceful FD and with the same for my fellow fasters. :clover:
Lately I've been getting crazy hungry at about 5-5:30 every fast day. I'm running at 6pm today, so I won't get dinner until 7 at the earliest. I'm hoping this fruit tea will keep the tummy rumbling at bay….
I'm in for my MWF usual fasts. @KataMac that has happened to me before and I read somewhere on the forum that if you drink hot water with lemon in it seems to help. I was doubtful I tried it and it did actually help.

Yes joining you 4:3ing. Monday's fast went a bit AWOL with being tempted by a cream cake at a friends house. Trying to be much stricter today with coffee & water until supper & to keep below 500 calories. I have a rumbling tummy right now so I will have a coffee & distract myself with ironing & housework :wink:

I am in as well. Second and last fast of the week. First day back to work after a long weekend. Feeling cold, tired and hungry already.

Just gotta keep busy.

Hi there. I'm fasting today too. I am desperate for something sweet and have gone through all the "could do it tomorrow instead" but trying to stick with it today. The best thing seems to be to keep busy. Being at home with availability of a fridge and food cupboards do not help!
I've got a medical apt at lunchtime which does not help as it breaks the day up. Howevever, Iwill try to stick with a fast day and look forward to evening meal of chicken and enough veg to sink a ship!!
Stay with it and think how much you will enjoy eating later when you are ravenous!

I'm still having problems with overeating on non fast days (17 months on) those days are much worse than ever and if I didn't have 3 fast days a week I wouldn't have maintained my weight loss of 12 pounds. It is a good job I don't need to lose much weight - just about another 7 pounds.

Good morning all,

I'm in today. 2nd fast of the week. Having my tea right now and will bring a yogurt with me to work in case I feel I need something. Then tonight, I go to a cafe type place to do work and will have a nice grilled chicken salad from there!

@bluefish - do you track your calories on non-fast days? I try to be really good during the week and then splurge a bit on the weekends! I'm sure it's so much harder though, when you just have a little to lose.

I am in today as usual. Really struggling lately to make any progress. I am over my Christmas challenge start weight :curse: . I think it is just too many carbs and calories on non-fast days. Need to re-focus :bugeyes:

I'm trying MWF this week, so I'm in. Almost forgot, then got my little reminder from my 5:2 app that today was a fasting day, so I figured, why not? Have a great one everyone!
I'm in today - had my meal earlier than usual so I could go to the gym and give blood without being at risk of passing out!

An evening with lots of hot drinks beckons! Might go mad and have an Oxo!
