Just me today? I'm crazy busy at work so haven't really noticed the time go past. Had some veg soup about an hour ago, planning stir fry later on.
Oh I'm here too, also aiming to keep busy at work. I didn't bring my homemade chicken stock today, but I think I can get through with my tea/coffee/water regimen.

It's gray and dreary here.
I'm in, we have public holiday today, so I'm at home reading. One of those bad days, when you're constantly thinking of food. But I will do it. Frozen strawberries, few walnuts and dried turkey and that's it.
I was there. Didn't have time to log on, as I was at work. Works well for me to fast on my work day - only one day, and on Monday. i had a good fast, crab and avocado salad for tea and then I went to the movies to see Gayby Baby, a controversial Australian film which was barred from NSW schools - it's about growing up in gay and lesbian families. I had to have an ice-cream at the movies, but I figured it was allowed as I'd been so good all day. May have dipped me over the 500 limit.
