I'm not planning a full fast day because I didn't like planning a fast and only doing 16:8 last Monday. Schools go back Monday so aiming for a proper fast day for then, when my refereeing skills are no longer needed!! Also think that for next TOM I will plan 16:8 and keep the positivity flowing, rather than having to repeat 'Its not a failed fast, its not a failed fast' to myself if I need to eat before lunchtime.
