Good morning Wonderful Wednesday Fasters
I am fasting today, let's hope it's a good one:)
I am fasting too - when I wake up tomorrow morning :like: . I am struggling so much at the moment just staying focused. So yesssss, let's hope it is a good one :like:
My Wednesday fast has begun as I have finished dinner! Last time I lasted until dinner, but that was very unusual. I will try the same for this fast but not beat myself up if I can't make it.
Good luck to all you fabulous fasters today! X x have a wonderful wednesday everyone xx

I'm doing my usual Wednesday diet day. Am having my herbal tea as I do everyday. I saw my vitamin tablets in the draw so had some for breakfast. Sad but true. I hope they have no calories.
Hope I remember I've swapped days in the morning.I usually do Thursday, but I am out for lunch this week.
I am in for the fast today too! Don't really feel like it tho, as I am doing 4:3 for a couple of weeks (Mon Wed Fri for fasts) which does feel like a lot of not eating :( and the weather here is miserable, yet again...
However, there is motive! I have bought a VERY tight fitting dress for my son's high school graduation in 3 weeks, and I want to be able to sit down!!!
So happy fasting everyone :D
I'll be fasting too. My hubby said he's going to give it a go too!! Not sure he'll manage it . . . (sorry, I just know - no willpower).

Happy Fasting all!
Good luck Wednesday fasters!!
I'll be in tomorrow :)
Lil
I'm in today.
I think its getting easier now at the end of week 4.
I'm fasting today. I always find Wed harder than Monday...not sure why. Today I'm going to share my calories between lunch and dinner instead of saving them all for dinner as I usually do,as I was so cranky by the time I had to make dinner for my children on Monday that I realised I have to change something.
suzed, I would guess because you have only one day off before the Wednesday fast and 4 off before the Monday fast. I do 4:3 and the third fast is always hardest, especially in the beginning. All the days got easier with time.

I'm in today. I'll have a coffee with my friends at lunch. I find that keeping up the social interaction instead of hiding in my office helps. It doesn't bother me to watch people eat. I suppose it would if I were hungry, but I'm usually ok at noon.
Thanks Mary Anne...that makes sense!
I feel great today thanks to Campbells country ladle soup. I can't believe that the hig bowl I have just eaten was only around 175 cals. I'm really full and not at all cranky!! This is the way forward for me! Hooray!
Hello fasters! I've had a nasty cold for the last few days which meant no exercise, lying in bed like a slug, and eating lots of rubbish.

So I'm ready for today's fast! Always feel much lighter and less lethargic afterwards. Now if my blooming stuffy sinuses would cooperate then I'd feel 100%!!
I'm in. I agree with you Suzed, Wednesdays are so much harder but then, having Thursday until the Monday fast is even better. Good luck everybody
