No worries at all!

I am off to work from one until five today but I will try have a quick look through the inspirational stories before I go to get me through the second half of the day.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply from work. :-)

No dinner? Are you sure?
I am off to work now armed with a large bottle of water and determined to get this fast done.

Thanks fellow 5:2'ers. :-)
Count me in, my second of the week, I like to do Monday and Wednesday so that if anything crops up I can do Thursday or Friday . I had a bad weekend and although I did Mon fast fine I spent yesterday eating up all the left overs from the weekend mostly cake I have to say. So very pleased to get back to normal today, only thing is I have more visitors coming this weekend   . I am going to try a half fast on Friday before they arrive so I can have large evening meal with them plus wine. :victory: hope you all have a good day. :clover:
Hi all

I am struggling a little bit today  . Still very tired and not looking forward to the rest of the day. :coffee:

I have my bottle of sparkly water and will persevere but after eating all around me for 2 weeks it's hard to constrain myself. I'm planning on having my lunch break around 2pm :clock: , and then have a WW frozen dinner later.

Just so cold and tired today. :curse:

Maybe it's psychological. It's our wedding anniversary but we are not going out tonight as we are both too busy at work. instead we will go out at the weekend. All I can think of is treats. :cake:
Starting out today- just watching the Horizon for inspiration. I don't eat big meals, but have become used to snacks ( even relatively healthy ones) which I thought were pretty healthy, but probably involved too much cheese! So finding the NON snacking v hard! :frown:
Well, my 2nd fast for the week is over, free now till Monday. Goodnight everyone.
Fast number 10 for me today! Monday was my easiest fast yet
Nearly home time. I can't wait. This day has been difficult. Will be glad once it's over.
Well, I didn't cave in and eat rubbish despite the temptation. Stuck to my 500 cals and now I am hitting the bed nice and early to watch Netflix. :-) Hope everyone else had a good day.
Found today hard going but it's now 9.30 pm and will soon be bedtime. I'm trying to give up sugar too.... Wasting too many cals on bad food on non fast days and getting too many migraines. Xx
I'm going to make it to tomorow morning and that'll be it for a bit... out with my folks on fri.

I started yesterfday straight from work and sleep aint gong to happen tonight, I know that.

Tomorrow 9 ish.....finish.

the good news;

now 13.5* maybe 13.4....

the tread mills running again (fingers crossed)

*thats just over stone gone tho' there is nothing much to show for it , how much do you have to loose?? :?:
Teresa popped in this morning to see how you fared, bet you feel great today!
