Happy New Year Doodle!

I'm in  usual Wednesday fast. Looking forward to dinner tonight - new recipe from the Hairy Dieters, fiery beef madras.
I'm hungry & bored which is a bad combo
Ok help I am really hungry this morning :-(
I'm in. My 16th fast day, doing 4:3. Just having my egg and coffee x
Me too. Still very early but I do hope to do my usual and only have tea of various kinds until 7.30 when I will have a large salad or a stir fry. Happy new year Doodle, in fact anybody who feel they need a new start could treat this as a New Year. :like:
I'm joining the weds fasters this week as it's back to school today. Haven't done a proper fast all summer, hope it won't be too tough!
Keep going strugglers, drink lots & keep busy, good luck!
Hi everyone, a Wednesday faster from Helsinki checking in! It's noon; just saw off my colleagues who left for lunch, and sat down with my 2nd cup of coffee and some raspberry flavoured fizzy water. Good vibes to you all!
Count me in for my 2nd fast of the week, good luck everyone! :clover:
Hi everyone I fasted yesterday and I am contemplating whether or not to fast today as well! I feel good and not at all hungry. I did not have my 500 cal meal yesterday, all I had was black coffee, occassional tea and a cup of bovril. Just wondering if anyone else does back 2 back fast days and what if any other benefits? :?:

Good Luck with your interview - I hope you get it! :clover: :clover: :clover:
I am in today, second fast of the week. Good Luck Fasters.
Not sure re the benefits JJ, though I did 2 fasts back to back last week and found it much easier than fasting this week with a day in between.

Thankfully my fast day is done! On Monday night I went to bed hungry so I delayed dinner til after 7pm tonight by going for a 40 minute power walk. It worked well. I'm tucked up in bed now to read with a nice full tummy.

See you next fast day!!
I was in today. Had a turkey, tomato and lettuce sandwich for lunch (200 calories) and would you believe just had a 2 course Thai fast day dinner (totalling 240 calories). So yummy and very filling.

Prawn tum yum soup at 90 calories a serve.

And Thai chicken cabbage rolls (150 calories) - already posted on Recipes section of this Forum.

How good is that? Filling, interesting and 2 courses and all for less than half the day's allowance.
I'm in today too.
So far it's going fine. I usually have a light breakfast on fast days but I wasn't hungry this morn, so I've managed to hold off 'til lunch. Fasting definately gets easier the more you do it. I gained 3lbs last week (somehow!) but I'm determined to get them off again this week.
