I'm here too. Usually it's Thursday, but some friends are taking me out for a drink tomorrow to console me on being an empty nester. Both of my kiddoes are away at college and for the first time in 23 years it's just me and my hubby rattling around the house. I'm kinda liking it though. Don't tell the kids.
I am in too - after almost one month of holiday :cool: . back to continue my 4:3.. :like:
In for my second of the week. I was a little too overindulgent this weekend, and wasn't able to work out yesterday, but other then that I'm hoping to still loose something.

I am in for 2nd fast this week. The challenging back-to-back fasts - a first for me. Holiday Monday (US) and birthday weekend travels beginning tomorrow, so Tue/Weds for me.

The site is extremely slow for me today, strange.

Off to get a diversionary pedicure. Countdown to dinner, waking up tomorrow for a pre-work workout, short day in the office and bon voyage long weekend...hopefully a bit lighter along the way.

I also fasted today, my second one! I was planning to fast Monday and Wednesday is this ok or do I need to leave longer between each fast?? Today's has gone really well feel very proud of myself!! Left eating until lunchtime today and found this much better! No afternoon dip also no headache :smile: managed a 45 minute walk with the dogs also. I am sure I will struggle at some point but am soo pleased to have had such a positive start!!

My second fast of the week, too - Mazzpy you can fast whatever days you want, whatever fits in. Many people who do 5:2 fast mon & thurs just to spread it out but then lots of folks do 4:3 and they just have one day in between fasts.

I've been really hungry today - I didn't eat a vast amount yesterday (although I didn't feel hungry) so I think as a knock on I just felt hungry from walking up. Had a sweet Victoria plum straight off a tree at about 1.30, then have had a tofu & veg stir fry for dinner. Have about 150 cals left so just deciding what to have with the rest - probably some oatcakes before bed to settle the rumbles and help me sleep.

Was aiming for a 4:3 which should hopefully break through my plateau but I think it's likely to be a 16:8 kind of day on Friday instead as I don't know if I can face another fast day - how you 4:3-ers do it I don't know!!
