What do you mean your third fast? HAve you done three days fasting in a row?
I'm in today... Just had soup, sugar free jelly, and a hot plain cocoa with butter and coconut oil. I think I might have consumed it all a bit too piggy cos I've got major cramping going on now

I'm in today - I've left off liquid fasting as too miserable doing it. I'm looking forward to old el paso chicken fajita's tonight....without the fajita. What is Eggplant Pizza? I'd love a low carb recipe for pizza
Take a large eggplant and slice it into rounds (about 1/2 inch if you're thinking about it). Spray both sides with a bit of oil spray and season with salt, pepper and any Italian seasoning you want. Bake for about 8-10 minutes on 200 degrees Celcius (or until browned).
Top with some chunky tomato sauce (I used a store bought one that was low in fat) and a bit of cheese and grill for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned.
Voila! Mini Eggplant Pizzas! And they're really tasty
