Hello fellow fasters, today will be rough for me, I hope it will be easy for you!
I survived business meeting in English. Had only a coffee. I'm so tired now and my head spins.
Hi @Callanthe, hang in there! But don't make yourself feel too ill with fasting. I'm in today too, I've had a busy morning which makes it easier, but it is the afternoons which I find really hard as I get tired and often get a bit of a headache. :clover: for the rest of the day to all Wednesday fasters!
Yuppers! :star:
Thanks, @fancyacuppa, feeling better now. I will maybe take a nap.
Dinner will be greek yoghurt and kale chips baked with cashew butter (yummy, from Marks and Spencer).
After overindulging in rich chocolate cake for the past couple of days (and I mean, huge portions) I really needed to do a fast day today and for my main meal have had chicken breast, cauliflower and zucchini plus lots of water and soda water. Just walked up a long steep hill without stopping, which is quite an achievement for me as I normally just walk for about 30 - 45 mins every day on a flat surface.
