I'm in for the second fast of the week. I have two parties in a row Thursday and Friday, so I need to stick to it today. I'm quite busy so I think I'll be ok…

Good luck, Wednesday fasters! :clover: :clover:
In for my second of the week here in the U.S. Rock on with your bad self.
I'm in, busy day so should pass quickly  stick with it Wednesday fasters
How are you doing, my fellow fasters?
So far, I had tea and I have just made a pot of ginger tea. The plan is a coffee, a miso soup and then lovely dinner: brussel sprouts and bacon :)
Well its rainy and miserable is SW England so might as well be on a 5:2 day! So far I've had a cup of tea and am about to have some coffee. Then a < 100cal home made tuna salad for lunch and later I will be having lemon sole and steamed veggies for dinner! I have lots of meetings today so I'm hoping it will go quickly (and hopefully with not too many loud tummy rumbles!).
Have a good one everybody :clover: :clover:
Hello fellow fasters! I am also in. It is a proper fast this time. This guest season I tried all other methods in between guests, so now it is ADF. Also therefore my second fast this week. After a couple of weeks of hot and sunny weather, we also had rain this morning. It was a relief! Everything was too dry. It is dry, windy, warm and cloudy now. So far I've gotten rid of one extra kilo, there is yet an other one to go...
My best wishes to all Wednesday fasters, too :clover:
Dinner was stir fry zucchini and tomatoes with basil. It's 740. I should be ok.
I've been decorating all day, just coffee and a banana. Chicken, red peppers and tomatoes after I have walked the dog.
I'm in for the second fast this week! I usually do Thursday, but I have plans tomorrow so I'm switching the fast around! So far so good! Trying to keep busy to avoid the snacks that call out to me! Just a coffee so far today, planning some salmon later on!
Cheers

I think I have suffered with the same problem as you Margotsylvia, lots of visitors all summer and they are in holiday mode. It doesn't take much for me join them for aperitifs etc!! Also I have struggled to fast and stay off the rose in between visitors  so it's pull your socks up time and hopefully these pesky couple of kilos that have sneaked under my waistband will disappear! Where are you based to attract all these guests?
