What's in the gruel, madmois? Sounds intriguing. Also sounds too hot for it here. Not scorching like last week (thank goodness) but sticky and muggy instead.
I fasted Monday and am aiming for today and Friday too as we're on hols next week (probably a staycation mixed with a bit of camping/weekend away depending on the weather) for a fortnight so it's likely I'll be eating lots even if I do manage the odd fast. May not stick rigidly to 500cals today as will be meeting folks from a job I'm leaving later so I might share a glass of something bubbly with them. We'll see. Not feeling it today so I hope I don't cave in and get some M&S peanut butter ice cream when I'm in town later. Oh no, that would be terrible indeed...
