I'm usually a Mon/Thurs faster but found out at 10am my book club ladies want to meet for dinner tomorrow night.
Luckily I hadn't eaten any breakfast so here I am.
Loving the flexibility of 5:2!
Herb tea and a coffee so far, I'll have an early dinner of veges and fruit at 6pm, followed by a lovely "no Sugar" hot chocolate made on sugarless almond milk- I look forward to this fast day treat.
