Im in today too (comes round quick doesn't it!)

@MaryAnn does your ADF/16:8 experiment mean that you skip breakfast after your fast and then just have dinner and tea? Look forward to hearing how that goes as I am thinking of skipping breakfast whilst on holiday (so that I don't gain too much...but not sure I can do that whilst on holiday, especially as I'm looking forward to Rick Stein breakfasts :) )

Anyway, heres my meal for today which I hope to have at about 5 pm (maybe later if I can hold out that long

Good luck today everyone...and hope you won't be too tired Daydreamer xx

Oops, something went wrong there

Mmmm...and so few calories!
I'm doing a second consecutive fast day today. This is my first back-to-back and I had a (very) light breakfast this morning so dinner will be extra-light tonight. I didn't have much choice as I'm leaving for Paris tomorrow for a combined business and wedding trip.
Happy fasting to you all. Back on track next week.
I'm in today :) Although my tummy is already rumbling and I'm very excited for my apple snack at lunchtime - it's the simple things eh!

Yes, that's it, @nursebean. For me, it's cut a lot of empty calories.
Well I must say I'm super impressed...will,give that a go tomorrow.

Also, I'm pretty impressed with peeps who do back-to back fasting...well done @corinthium and good luck too!

I know EXACTLY what you mean @gym-sparkle-90! Don't forget to eat that apple slowly. Chew at least 20 times!!

I'm done, had an avocado, and two spoonfuls of peanut butter for dinner, and it was lovely. Will leave brekkie as long as I can in the morning.
Good luck all those in progress!
Is that it @Debs? You're finished for the day?!

Still got hours to go yet. Must go and walk the girls and kill some time till food, or as the girls like to call it...dindinoo!

@Debs! Its a long time since i heard anyone say Up the wooden stairs to Bedfordshire! I love that saying! X
Joining in very late today. Wed isn't a usual fast for me but going for wed and fri this week as it's the only days I can fit in. Eating over the last few days hasn't been good quality (been in a strange and foreign country) so need the fasts.
It's nearly tea time now - eggs and bottom of the fridge veg.
Not drunk nearly enough as been working where there are no loos. Not nice so need to flood myself now.
Good luck everyone especial the folk in the west who will just be coming on board.
:clover:
@nursebean Thanks for the tip - currently chewing as slow as possible! :like:
I'm in today too, back fasting again and had a good day, too busy to think about food.
