Been off the forums for a few weeks, feeling the need to make a recommitment to fasting. I've been doing OK generally, managing at least Mondays and Wednesdays. Basically I'm on 4:3 Mon/Wed/Fri, but it all went pear shaped last Friday.
Still eating too much on non-fast days, so progress has stalled. Going to make sure I keep better hydrated today, herb teas and water until early evening, when I plan on cauliflower rice with tinned tomatoes, tinned tuna and capers (hot!), just under 300 calories.
Studying all day , but with Dot for company
