Oh @wendyjane I AM sorry! Good luck at the grocery store xx
Today was supposed to be a fast day for me but I may have blown it at lunch time. I was hungry and making a PBJ sandwich for the 2yo I was watching was too much temptation, so I had one too. No idea on the calories I consumed. I might try to skip dinner to make up for it. Off to do some yard work to avoid the food calling to me from the kitchen. :curse:
Phew! Made it! It's nearly 10 PM and it was a bit tough (due largely to spending an hour in the sort of grocery store where there are always delicious samples beckoning from every aisle!).
Dinner was about a quarter of a baked chicken, grilled asparagus and a big tossed salad. Otherwise just tea, coffee, fizzy water, and a mug of miso.
Looking forward to tomorrow.
Thanks for the good wishes, @nursebean
Oh, and the chicken was cooked at the store, so in addition to suffering through the shopping, I had to smell its deliciousness all the way home. Now feeling proud of myself, then I was just suffering!
