I am fasting, too. Had a low cal hot chocolate this morning and an apple at 3pm. So 400kcal left for my vegetable gratin tonight. Good luck everyone.

I'm not fasting today but just popped in to say, ' Stay strong' to those of you who still have to negotiate the dangerous evening hours when your body is still clamouring for 'more, more, more'! :clover:

Managed a fast day today. A bit of a graze day rather than waiting til 6pm. On holiday this week so out and about and catching up in the house. Think I'll need a low cal hot choc later to get me to bedtime. X

Dinner eaten, a version of the Hairy Dieters Fish Pie, I think honestly I've gone a bit over 500 cals , but I'm deliciously full and this week's back to back Fast has gone better than I feared. I've spent all day cooking meals to take away with us next week and oddly that wasn't at all difficult.
Looking forward to a nice low carb breakfast in the morning :smile:

@RedRobin
good for you :smile: I have experienced water with apple cider vinegar (ACV) as a good mean against munchies and for other health benefits. I do like the taste of it, too, in cold water. (Haven't tried hot water yet and will do this soon.)

Thanks Candy, @CandiceMarie and Bean, @Nursebean, your support is always appreciated. :) I did survive the day, albeit with an apple in the evening to get me through. Not low carb of course, but that's ok. And I note you saw the report I wrote on the film(s) I saw. I go through phases of cinema visits - when I start, I tend to keep going until there are no films that appeal, but once I stop going, it takes a lot to start again!

Best wishes to those still completing their fast day. :clover:

Phew You! It's bean quite a long day today and I have really felt quite hungry several times. Mind you, I managed to watch the diet programme and didn't fancy any of that cake. I enjoyed the programme though and was pleased to see that the Fasters had done well!
Oh boy I can't wait to be able to eat what I fancy tomorrow...I won't go mad though.honest :wink:
