Shiny floors and a nicely satisfied tummy now! The chicken breast base pizza worked out really well. The 30g of low fat cheese really piled up on the breast. So, I didnt feel deprived at all. @Justdee, you are nearly there :like:
@Julieathome, I hadnt heard of the cauliflower pizza. I will definitely give them a go. I have seen this recepiefor a bell pepper being used as a pizza base. Think I will never eat standard pizza again!
Had my dinner now too and nicely full. Love this plan.
OH dear, I've actually overeaten. How is that possible on a fast day? High protein, low fat and nearly nowt carbs, yet I feel uncomfortable.
just had my dinner, I too feel uncomfortable but for the opposite reason. Got 150cals left so will have to think of something really filling to have.
I fasted today. For dinner we had roasted chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers and baby tomatoes, boiled red cabbage and mashed sweet potato with a dab of butter. Gorgeous! Unfortunately we ate at 6pm, so I think we are off to bed now before we eat any more. It's tough fasting when my cals are 200 less than hubby's! :frown:
We also got weighed today before fasting so that should hopefully go towards next weeks loss :clover:
