I decided to stretch it out to 2:30 before I ate protein and salad. Had a small piece of salmon with lemon pinged, garnish capers and fresh picked dill on bed of salad leaves. Then my coffee with no sweetener made from scratch with small almond milk and tspn coconut butter. That kept me going so fitted in a gym visit and it felt good.
Dinner within a 18:6 eating window was a tiny bowl of gado gado. Lots of water and herb teas kept my fluids up. Yippee today as scales and measurements trending down. Will see if I can fit in a 18:6 today as later in week busy
