Do some exercise during the day to create a deficit calorie intake. I'd suggest eating some smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, egg and mineral water, perhaps one glass of fizzy wine. No bread, no potato salad, no cake/sweets. It doesn't start until 9.30pm so pretty late to be having lots of food. Looks like you've got lots of other good events coming up so look forward to them and try to make this a fast day.
