I am hoping that today will be a liquid fast. I started doing just liquids as I was finding that even one decent sized meal in the evening was waking up the hunger monster.

I may even change back to fasting every third day as well to try and break this plateau.

Blimey, what a loooong day it's been today. Feel quite puckish now with still a few hours to go til bed time...doh!

Not many of us 'in' today was there. Hey ho...here's to Monday :-)
