I' ve found it surprisingly ok @lizbean..The first day is ..just like any fastday..The second day,like many of us,i dont wake up hungry
So..it sorta helps make THAT morning pass ok..and by afternoon, you know youre nearly home and dry
The third day i wake feeling SO light,even tho i look in the mirror and yeh..a podgy article is still lookin back at me!
That light feeling is the best part of B2B plus knowing the weeks fasts are done in one fell swoop! X

Thanks @CandiceMarie I was worried you might faint and feel unwell. Day by day is good! Off to bed for my zeds. :clover: :heart:
